How Does the Perfume Sample Filling Machine Work?

1. Bottle Loading

A photoelectric sensor confirms that a bottle has reached the filling position before the filling cycle starts.

3. Perfume Filling
The filling head dispenses the preset volume into the bottle. Filling volume and filling speed can be adjusted through the control system.

4. Manual Cap Placement
The operator manually places the cap or closure onto the filled bottle before cap pressing.

5. Cap Pressing
The bottle moves to the cap-pressing station, where the pressing head seats the closure onto the bottle.

6. Bottle Discharge
The finished bottle is lifted from the holder and transferred to the discharge position for the next packaging step.
