From Inconsistent Tube Packaging to Stable Production: Joy’s HY-A400 Project in Dubai
For cosmetic, personal care, and pharmaceutical manufacturers, tube packaging is often where production problems become visible first. A formula may be stable, but if the tube filling volume changes, the seal is uneven, or the finished tube does not look clean, the final product can lose buyer confidence before it reaches the shelf.
This was the production challenge Joy in Dubai needed to solve.
Joy was not simply looking for another tube filling machine. The goal was to build a more reliable tube packaging process for cream, gel, ointment, and similar semi-viscous products — a process that could reduce manual handling, improve sealing consistency, and support commercial production with a clearer factory layout.
HONEMIX recommended the HY-A400 Automatic Tube Filling and Sealing Machine, together with a 100L sealed storage tank and feeding pump configuration. Before production, HONEMIX prepared a machine configuration layout for Joy’s Dubai project. The drawing showed the HY-A400 automatic tube filling and sealing machine, 100L sealed storage tank, feeding pump, working direction, and key installation dimensions. This helped the customer review the equipment arrangement and confirm the required production space before delivery.

The Challenge: Tube Packaging Was Becoming a Production Bottleneck
As demand grows, tube packaging can quickly become one of the most difficult steps to control. Manual or semi-automatic operation may work at the beginning, but it often creates hidden problems when production volume increases.
For Joy, the key challenges were:
Unstable filling consistency: Cream, gel, and ointment products require controlled dosing to reduce waste and maintain product quality
Uneven sealing appearance: Poor sealing can affect product presentation and buyer confidence
Higher manual dependency: More manual handling increases labor pressure and production variation
Limited layout clarity: The customer needed to understand how the machine, tank, and feeding system would fit into the workspace
Product flexibility: The machine needed to support different tube materials and semi-viscous formulas
