HONEMIX works with one practical principle:
Understand first. Recommend second. Manufacture third. Support after delivery.
This approach helps us avoid careless machine selection and helps customers make decisions with more confidence.
After shipment, we continue supporting installation, commissioning, operation, adjustment and maintenance communication.
Before shipment, every HONEMIX machine is inspected and tested based on the project requirements. When specific requirements are not defined, our internal 3Q inspection process is used to confirm machine quality, safe operation, and production readiness.
For customized machinery projects, FAT helps customers verify key machine details before delivery. It may include machine inspection, electrical checking, no-load running, functional testing, material simulation, parameter recording, and final customer confirmation.
Inspection and testing may include:
Machine structure and appearance
Material contact parts
Welding and polishing details
Motor and mixing operation
Vacuum, heating or cooling functions
Filling accuracy and filling movement
Capping, labeling or sealing performance
Control panel and electrical operation
Safety protection and emergency stop
Machine connection and production flow
Packing preparation before shipment
For overseas projects, HONEMIX can provide test videos and detailed photos before delivery. On-site or remote FAT can also be arranged based on project needs.
Our goal is to help customers reduce purchasing risks and receive equipment that is ready for installation, commissioning and production preparation.
