How the Process Works

1. Bottle Loading — Empty bottles are placed into adjustable holders, which the conveyor carries into the main turntable. A fiber-optic sensor confirms each bottle is present before any downstream station activates.

2. Ionized Air Washing — Ionized air is blown into the bottle to neutralize static and draw out dust particles before filling.

3. Filling — Each bottle receives three servo-piston filling strokes, followed by one vacuum (negative-pressure) fill to equalize the liquid level across all bottles. Fill volume and speed are set per head from the touch screen.

4. Pump Feed — The spray pump is picked up and placed onto the bottle neck — only when a bottle is present.

5. Pre-Crimping — The pump is pre-seated onto the bottle neck ahead of final crimping.

6. Crimping — The pre-seated pump is crimped firmly onto the bottle neck.

7. Collar Feed & Press — A collar is placed onto the bottle neck and pressed into position — only when a pump has been fitted.

8. Bottle Discharge — The finished bottle is automatically removed to the outfeed conveyor, and the holder recirculates for the next cycle.
