Unlike systems that require extensive rail adjustment for each format, this Rotary Table Filling Machine uses indexed bottle pockets and configurable stations to handle multiple bottle shapes in a more compact footprint. The platform can be configured with magnetic pump, peristaltic pump, or servo piston filling according to liquid characteristics and accuracy requirements.
Puck-style holders adjust to fit most bottle diameters and heights on the market, reducing the need for bottle-specific fixtures on every SKU.
Fiber-optic and photoelectric sensors confirm bottle, pump, and collar presence at each station. If any component is missing, that station is skipped rather than running empty — reducing wasted product, damaged pumps, and jammed collars.
Three servo-piston fill strokes handle the bulk of the fill; a fourth vacuum fill brings every bottle to the same liquid level regardless of minor bottle-to-bottle variance — useful for clear glass bottles where fill-level consistency is visible on the shelf.
Each filling head's cylinder radius, fill quantity, fill speed, and reset speed are set independently from the touch screen, and full recipes can be saved and recalled by product.

Bottle Loading — Empty bottles are placed into adjustable holders, which the conveyor carries into the main turntable. A fiber-optic sensor confirms each bottle is present before any downstream station activates.
Ionized Air Washing — Ionized air is blown into the bottle to neutralize static and draw out dust particles before filling.
Filling — Each bottle receives three servo-piston filling strokes, followed by one vacuum (negative-pressure) fill to equalize the liquid level across all bottles. Fill volume and speed are set per head from the touch screen.
Pump Feed — The spray pump is picked up and placed onto the bottle neck — only when a bottle is present.
Pre-Crimping — The pump is pre-seated onto the bottle neck ahead of final crimping.
Crimping — The pre-seated pump is crimped firmly onto the bottle neck.
Collar Feed & Press — A collar is placed onto the bottle neck and pressed into position — only when a pump has been fitted.
Bottle Discharge — The finished bottle is automatically removed to the outfeed conveyor, and the holder recirculates for the next cycle.
