Product Contact Parts: All inner surfaces contacting materials are made of more corrosion-resistant stainless steel 316L, finished with a 320-grit mirror polish. Three-Layer Insulated Mixing Vessel:

2. Efficient & Stable Dual Mixing System
Main Mixing System (Wall-Scraping Agitator):
Drive Core: Powered by a SIEMENS or ABB motor, coupled with a high-precision reducer for strong, smooth power transmission.
Unique Agitator Blades: The wall-scraping agitator blades are set at a 45-degree angle, creating complex three-dimensional material flow for thorough, homogeneous mixing.
Corrosion-Resistant Scrapers: Scraper blades are made of Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), offering excellent chemical resistance and hardness. They maintain tight contact with the vessel wall, completely removing residue to prevent scaling and improve heat transfer and mixing efficiency.
Variable Speed Control: The agitator is driven by a frequency inverter, allowing stepless speed adjustment within a range of 0-60 RPM to suit materials of varying viscosities.
Bottom Homogenizing System (High-Speed Shear Emulsifier):
Located under the bottom dish head, it employs a high-speed stator-rotor shearing structure for intense particle size reduction, dispersion, and emulsification.
Independent Drive: Also equipped with a SIEMENS or ABB motor, ensuring powerful and reliable performance for continuous long-term operation.
