The HONEMIX HPM-EX is an industrial perfume processing system combining a 2000L pneumatic mixing and freezing tank, a sanitary filtration unit, and a separate 30 HP refrigeration package. Built for perfume factories, fragrance contract manufacturers, and private-label production facilities, it handles controlled blending, low-temperature treatment, clarification, and filtration of alcohol-based fragrance liquids before storage or bottle filling.

HPM-EX Perfume Freezing Mixing System Overview

Producing visually clear perfume takes more than mixing alcohol, fragrance concentrate, and purified water. Some fragrance ingredients contain wax-like substances, resins, or poorly soluble components that turn visible after a temperature change or extended storage — showing up as haze, sediment, or suspended particles in a clear glass bottle.

The HPM-EX blends the formula, brings the liquid down to temperature, holds the batch under set conditions, and filters it before it goes to storage or a filling line.

3. Pneumatic Agitation for Alcohol-Based Fragrance Liquids

A top-mounted pneumatic mixing system replaces the standard electric motor you'd normally find directly above the product vessel — a GAST 8AM pneumatic motor driving two levels of three-blade impellers, running 0–1,400 rpm for low-viscosity perfume liquids.

We size the final mixer to your alcohol concentration, fragrance concentrate ratio, normal and minimum production volumes, required mixing time, tank geometry, and compressed-air supply.

The coil gives the vessel a large internal heat-transfer surface so the cooling medium can pull heat out of the batch efficiently. Actual cooling time depends on starting and target temperature, alcohol/fragrance concentration, ambient factory temperature, cooling-medium temperature, compressor performance, coil surface area, tank insulation, and mixing speed — we'll work through these with you during project review.

5. Separate 30 HP Refrigeration Unit

A 30 HP refrigeration package (two 15 HP compressor sections) runs independently of the main tank, giving you flexible chiller positioning, better compressor ventilation, easier maintenance access, less congestion around the processing tank, flexible copper-pipe routing, and more control over noise and heat discharge.

7. Pneumatic Diaphragm Pump for Product Transfer

A SANDPIPER pneumatic diaphragm pump moves chilled perfume from the vessel through the filtration stages and on to storage or a downstream filling system, at ~5 t/h. Pneumatic transfer suits low-viscosity fragrance liquids and keeps a standard electrical pump out of the alcohol-product transfer path.

Outlet diameter and fitting standard can be adjusted to match your filtration skid, storage tank, or filling line.

Four removable supporting legs, plus removable upper mixer components — built for factories with limited entrance height, retrofit projects, installation below existing platforms, and rooms with restricted access where you'd rather not modify the structure.

How the Perfume Freezing and Filtration Process Works

  1. Ingredient Charging — Alcohol, fragrance concentrate, purified water, and permitted additives are loaded into the sealed mixing vessel per your approved formula and safety procedure.

  2. Controlled Blending — The pneumatic mixer circulates the liquid and distributes the fragrance ingredients through the batch, with speed and time set to the formula, batch size, and required uniformity.

  3. Low-Temperature Treatment — The refrigeration unit supplies cooling medium to the SUS316L coil, bringing the perfume down to your process target.

  4. Temperature Holding — The batch holds at target condition for a set period, letting wax-like, resinous, or poorly soluble substances separate from the liquid.

  5. Primary Filtration — The diaphragm pump pushes the chilled perfume through the plate-and-frame filter, removing the main separated material and larger particles.
