FT-APP Automatic Cosmetic Powder Pressing Machine Overview

The FT-APP is an automatic hydraulic press designed specifically for compact color cosmetic production. Powder is supplied from the hopper and delivered to the mold according to the selected dosing settings. The machine then positions the roll cloth or pressing material and applies controlled hydraulic pressure from the bottom upward.

This bottom-up pressing direction helps the powder settle and form inside the pan while allowing the operator to adjust the pressure according to the powder formula, binder content, pan depth and desired finished texture.
