Water Treatment System
Prepare process water according to incoming water quality and formulation requirements. The HRO system supports single-pass RO, double-pass RO and RO + EDI configurations, with treatment capacity selected according to production demand and required water quality.
Water treatment is integrated when the chemical formulation or process-water specification requires it. The treatment configuration is determined by the actual water analysis and production requirements.
Anti-Corrosion Chemical Mixing Tank
The HPM chemical mixing tank is designed for bulk mixing of aggressive chemical media, including compatible acidic and alkaline formulations. Its corrosion-resistant construction, paddle agitation and variable-frequency speed control support consistent batch preparation.
