HVE-BLT
HONEMIX
The HVE-BLT is designed for manufacturers running small- to medium-scale commercial batches where straightforward operation and flexible product changeover are more important than advanced recipe automation.
The lifting cover and mixing assembly allow operators to access the processing area more easily between batches, making the machine particularly practical for plants producing several cream, lotion or gel formulations with operator-controlled processing.
For manufacturers that require PLC/HMI recipe management, batch repeatability and data-oriented control, the HVE-BFT is the more suitable configuration.
The hydraulic system lifts the vessel cover and mixing assembly, providing better access for inspection, cleaning and maintenance.
This configuration is especially useful where formulations are changed regularly or the vessel needs frequent operator access.
Wall-scraping agitation keeps material circulating through the vessel while the high-shear rotor-stator homogenizer supports dispersion and emulsification.
Mixing and homogenizer speed are adjustable to match different formulation stages and viscosities.
Vacuum operation helps reduce entrapped air during emulsification and supports smoother product appearance before downstream filling.
Vacuum suction feeding can also be configured for transferring water- and oil-phase materials into the main vessel.
The jacket can be configured for electric heating, hot water or steam, with jacket cooling for controlled emulsifying and cooling stages.

Choose the HVE-BLT when you need:
50–500 L production batches · straightforward push-button operation · hydraulic access for cleaning and inspection · flexible formulation changeover · vacuum emulsification without complex recipe automation.
If your production requires stored recipes, PLC/HMI operation or stronger batch-to-batch automation, consider the HVE-BFT.
For production above 500 L or heavier industrial-duty lifting requirements, use the Dual Hydraulic Lifting Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer range instead.
It is designed for producing creams, lotions, sunscreens, conditioners, gel creams, ointments and similar emulsified products in 50–500 L batches.
The lifting structure provides easier access to the vessel and mixing system for cleaning, inspection, maintenance and frequent product changeover.
Suitable for cream and emulsion of 1,000–100,000 mPa·s (cP) viscosity. Final configuration depends on formulation, batch volume, temperature and required mixing performance.
The HVE-BLT is positioned primarily as a push-button controlled production mixer. For recipe-oriented PLC/HMI production, the HVE-BFT is the recommended configuration.
