1. Can the Lip Balm Making Machine Produce Lip Balm Directly from Raw Materials?

The HY-CGL is designed for filling, reheating, cooling and cap pressing. Its 30 L heated hopper maintains and mixes prepared lip balm material during production but does not replace a dedicated melting and mixing system. For production starting from raw materials, HONEMIX can supply a compatible heated mixing tank to complete the upstream preparation process.

2. How Does the Lip Balm Cooling Tunnel Work?

After filling, the line uses a reheating stage followed by an air-cooling tunnel to help achieve the required product surface and shape. The specified cooling temperature is −15°C, and the cooling time is 5–15 minutes per piece. Actual cooling requirements depend on the formula, mold design and product dimensions.
