Lotion Production Process
HONEMIX combines the selected lotion making machine with suitable upstream and downstream equipment. A typical lotion production line includes five connected stages, from water preparation to final packaging:

Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer
Vacuum Processing
Designed for oil-water lotions, the HVE-BFT combines high-shear emulsification, vacuum deaeration, wall-scraping mixing and jacketed temperature control.

Sanitary Homogenizer Mixer
Atmospheric Processing
Designed for low-to-medium-viscosity lotions, the HHM-C combines wall-scraping mixing, bottom homogenization and jacketed temperature control.
SS316L contact parts, flexible control and discharge options support efficient batch production.

For formulations requiring both oil-water emulsification and vacuum air removal, the HVE-BFT is the preferred option. Atmospheric processing is selected when the formulation permits it.
Equipment Included in The Lotion Manufacturing Line
Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment
Provides purified process water for lotion manufacturing. Single-pass RO, double-pass RO and additional treatment options are available according to water quality requirements.
Sealed Storage Tank
A 100–1,000 L storage tank series for intermediate lotion holding before filling. Tank capacity, material grade, outlet connections and mobile configurations can be selected for the project.
Automatic Bottle Filling
A servo piston filling line for lotions packed in bottles. Available with 2, 4, 6 or 8 filling heads, with automatic capping, labeling and conveyor integration options.
Automatic Tube Filling & Sealing
An automatic tube packaging machine with a reference speed of 50–60 tubes/min. Suitable for plastic, laminated and aluminum tubes with material-specific sealing equipment.
Automatic Cartoning
An automatic cartoner for compatible lotion bottles or sealed tubes. Product feeding and carton closing arrangements are configured for the selected packaging format.
Automatic Overwrapping
An optional packaging machine for applying heat-sealable BOPP film to finished retail cartons, suitable for compatible lotion packaging formats.
Not every project requires every machine. The final configuration should match the actual product, container and required automation level.

Yes. HONEMIX can review your existing equipment specifications, transfer connections, conveyor arrangement and control requirements to propose a compatible configuration.
2. Are all the machines required for every lotion line?
No. The final equipment list depends on your existing facilities and intended packaging. Additional equipment such as phase-preparation tanks, pumps, capping machines and labeling machines can be included where required.
