1. What does an essential oil making machine do?
An essential oil making machine may refer to extraction, blending or bottling machinery. HONEMIX supplies equipment for blending, storing, filling and packaging previously extracted essential oils. Plant distillation and extraction are separate upstream processes.
2. What bottle sizes can the essential oil filling machine handle?
The standard AFM-DGM filling range is 5–100 mL, with a reference output of 30–40 bottles/min. Final performance and bottle compatibility depend on filling volume, container dimensions, cap construction and oil characteristics.
3. Can the AFM-DGM fill, cap and label bottles automatically?
Yes. The configured AFM-DGM line combines bottle feeding, peristaltic filling, capping, automatic labeling and bottle collection. Dropper or pump insertion can also be configured for compatible packaging formats.
4. Does essential oil production require water treatment?
Pure essential oils and anhydrous blends do not normally require purified process water. The HRO system is available for related water-based products when the manufacturing process specifies treated water.
5. Can the production line handle different bottle and carton sizes?
Yes, within the mechanical limits of the selected configuration. Bottle guides, filling settings, closure systems and packaging components can be selected for compatible formats. Bottle drawings, closure samples and carton dimensions are reviewed before confirming the configuration.
